I have always been a hard worker.  It is difficult for me to ask for help; but I'm at the end of my rope with worry.  I have credit card bills that I have managed to run up in excess of $7500.  My husband does not know this.  He is a stickler for not carrying credit card debt.  I am in desparate need of irradicating this debt as soon as possible.  This is the first time I have found myself in this situation and am growing more and more discuted with myself for allowing this to happen.  Please, if anyone could spare anything; please help me!  I have since cut up my cards, and am looking for a parttime evening job.  God bless.

I have managed to get myself in a bit of trouble--a credit card to be exact. I look at some of the postings, and I'm afraid to say, that I'm ashamed that I am asking for help when there are some people out there with more dire needs than myself. But none the less, I am in dire need myself. I never thought that I would confide in strangers for money, but here I stand. I am $5800 in debt, unbeknownst to my husband. I've always hated credit cards, and now I know all too well why. My husband hates this type of debt because his ex wife put him in a simular situation. He is a good man, and has been a good provider and my best friend. I have, up to this point, been able to keep up with the payments--but my check has become more dependant on these days. I jokingly tested the waters to see what his reaction would be with a mock scenerio, he was less than forgiving and very serious; so that was my answer. I can't stand the thought of losing my husband, my bestfriend! I continue to make minimum payments of $220, but it's becoming increasingly difficult. It's depressing and is always on my mind (I just want to go back to the days where I didnt have this burden on my mind) If anyone could spare here and there, I will cut a piece of my credit card and send it to you, I live in the Dallas area and am willing to work for cash under the table (I'm not too proud to work for it either!), but please help me. This is a situation that I will never put myself in again! Once my debt is gone, I will also in return help 3 people on this site--I will sacrifice and make this my goal.
